It's not a model

Tilt-shift photography is a method of taking a picture of a life-size subject, and then altering so that the picture looks like it was shot on a miniature model. Photoshop has the option to do this, but a new website allows you apply tilt-shift techniques to digital images you already have. Here are a couple of examples.
